This policy explains what information drandrewwichterman.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. It does not cover the separate clinical practices where Dr. Wichterman sees clients, each of which maintains its own HIPAA notice of privacy practices.
Information collected
Information you provide. If you join the newsletter you submit your first name and email address. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message. If you purchase a product or course, payment is processed by Stripe and we receive confirmation of the purchase and your email address; we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its service providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used to understand traffic patterns and to serve and measure advertising.
Health information. Please do not send clinical details, diagnoses, or other protected health information through this website or by email. Email is not a secure channel. Clinical intake happens through the practice where your appointment is scheduled.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. You can also email us and ask to be removed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information here, email us and it will be deleted.
