Love Someone With ADHD

Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026 · Balsam Counseling Services, PC (Dr. Andrew Wichterman)

The short version: everything you enter in this app stays on your device. We do not collect, receive, sell, or share any of your information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.

What the app stores

Love Someone With ADHD helps spouses, significant others, friends, and family of someone with ADHD. To do that, the app saves the following only on your device:

This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, and we have no server that stores it.

What we do not do

Deleting your information

You can erase your assessment and all tracker entries anytime from the bottom of the app’s Home screen (Erase my assessment and entries). Deleting the app also removes everything it stored. Depending on your device settings, your device’s own backup (such as iCloud or Google backup) may include the app’s data; that backup is controlled by you and your device provider, not by us.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.

Not a substitute for care

The app offers education and communication tools. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a diagnosis.

Changes

If our practices ever change, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect in the app.
